Cancelling Premium

So, I tried since last week to cancel my Spotify Premium but they always told me to try it later again. I am very thankful for evry Help!

Don't worry. Can you try canceling your subscription by using an incognito window on Google Chrome?

That's odd. Just to confirm, are you following these steps to cancel the subscription?

If an incognito window doesn't help, try using a different device or internet connection to do so. Once the subscription is cancelled, you'll receive an email confirmation about it.
