Cancelling Spotify Account

Cancelling Spotify Account

I received an email today thanking me for my payment for Spotify premium. However, I never created the account and I definitely didn't pay for Spotify premium. I tried contacting customer service through the contact me form but every time I've gone to submit a support request I receive an error saying "Your session has ended." I just want to have this account deleted because I didn't create it...

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience and I don't appreciate how terrible Spotify's customer service is.

If you see the same "Your session has ended." message, try clearing your cache/cookies and giving it another go. 

 

We'll be happy to help you sort this out.
