Hacked account

Good evening,

It appeared someone had hacked my account. I immediately changed the password and discconect spotify on all devices and now the problem appears to be solved. I didn't have a credit card connected to it, because spotify premium was given to me as a gift by my boyfriend. Should he be concerned for his own credit card though? Thank you very much
