Cancelling my account on my death

My wife is concerned ( we are both elderly ) that she would need to cancel my Spotify Premium account and subscription on my death.   She does not do Facebook or Twitter and cannot cancel the bank payment as it's neither a Direct Debit of Standing Order but a debit card payment request  although I guess my wife could cancel my card with the bank and that would stop all payments .But she would like to let Spotify know that I am no longer around and my account needs to be cancelled. She is not computer literate and they don't have a phone number. Any simple method to make contact to do all of this?

We want to reassure you that our support staff is experienced in handling situations like these and while we currently don't have phone support, we recommend reaching out to them using the form at the bottom of the "Contact us" page.

Should the need arise, your wife can send out a message that way and a member of the team will jump in and assist her in an uncomplicated manner. Still, if she doesn't feel too comfortable using a pc, it's best to have a friend or relative to help out.
