Cancelling subscription

My daughter has subscribed to spotify and im being charged through my mobile phone company £9.99 per month, she did this with out my permission and i want to cancel the subscription but she can't remember her password or email address - can you help please

That not cool. You can find a guide on how to cancel here, however, keep in mind that since she subscribed through a third service party, you'll need to cancel through that service.

As for not remembering her username/password, did she perhaps sign up using Facebook credentials? In that case, she can log in using them. If not, you can get in touch with a member of the Spotify staff so that they can take a look backstage for you. You can reach them on social media (Twitter or Facebook)
