My Question or Issue
Hi there,
I'm receiving the following error message when trying to log my spotify account into the Sonos app: "The email and password you entered did not match our records. Please try again".
I have just changed my password and verified my email address. Both steps made no difference.
Any ideas?

If you created your account using Facebook, follow this to get a device password:
That will give you an username and password for use in your Sonos device without having to use Facebook to login.

I followed the prescribed steps and I still cannot login to my Spotify account on the Sonos app.

If you're still having difficulties linking your Spotify account to Sonos, we'd suggest reinstalling the Sonos app and giving it another try, following the steps here.
In case the above tactics don't work you can try it on another device and see if that makes a difference.
