Cannot Renew Spotify Premium Family using Mobile Network

My Question or Issue

There is no option to renew Premium Family plan using mobile network. Below I attached the screenshot of the renew plan interface. Only card payment option are available.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

Unfortunately, you can only subscribe and renew subscriptions with the available payment options. If the payment method you'd like to use isn't being offered to you on the payment page, it's currently not available.

Also, by "Mobile Network" you mean paying via your phone bill? Or does the selection of payment methods differ on your end when visiting the page using a mobile internet connection? 🙂
