Spotify Connect doesn't work for different accounts

Hello Everyone,

Week ago I posted for help about that my phone coseects via Spotify Connect with our amplituner Pioneer X-HM 82, but phone of my fiance's is not, actually it doesn't see it at all (ow worked fine before we changed router). We thought it is going about devices then we tried with her father phone and it doesn't work then we tried with her laptop and still doesn't work and then we tried with my laptop and... It worked(I have 8 yrs old Asus with Win 8... She has newer device) and then I tried to log in on her laptop with my account and... It works on her laptop. When I tried to log in with her account on my laptop doesn't work. We both have premium plan. I do not understand what is the reason for this inconvenience. Can someone help us? It starts to frustrating for us. Thank You

After we figured out that it works on my laptop with my account we tried to log in her account on my laptop. And... It works, it also worked with her phone after this, with her laptop also, but then my account stopped working with amplituner. Wierd, what is going on?
