Cannot edit my Spotify profile

My Question or Issue

Hello! I created my account through Facebook several years ago. Now I would like to change my email address, as well as my username or my profile picture. I cannot do any of those and when I go to edit profile, everything is locked. (See attached file)

p.s.: I already changed my login from Facebook to Email by following the instructions provided here. I can login using my email and password but still can't edit my profile.

Technically, your account is still created using Facebook. That means, your details are locked.

You can try to change your profile picture by following the steps here: https://support.spotify.com/us/account_payment_help/account_help/profile-picture/

For the Display name, you can only create it once if you create your account using email address and if your account is made using Facebook, that will be your Facebook name. Then it will be there for the rest of your Spotify time, till they update it, I guess.

Last resort will be creating a new account. Then, requesting for account transfer.
