Cannot find the email linked to account

Hi all, 

My brother just paid for a Premium Family account. I received the invitation and got the premium features, but he accidentally logged out from his account and cannot access anymore. His account is not linked to Facebook and none of his email accounts (we tried them all, even spam box) have received the reset password email. All we got is his username. How can we retrieve his account and therefore the owner of the Premium Family account?

No worries, we'll be glad to help.

In this case, if your brother knows the username, we'd first recommend trying to log in using that username and his password. If he's still having troubles logging in, we'd recommend checking this support site article for more info.

If that doesn't do the trick, it'd be very helpful if you could let us know if he's seeing any error messages when trying to log in with his username and password.
