Cannot log in after changing password

Cannot log in after changing password

Hi!

 

My girlfriend cannot log in on her Spotify. We send password-reset link, type a new password, get confirmation and still get the message: Incorrect password.

 

What can it be?

Yes, I am 100% certain I typed the correct email and password.

Same thing just as i re-enter the knew password, it goes back to login ... Nothing happens !!!!! Whats going on guys, don't you help ?!?!?!?

Hey @Runestad, welcome to the Spotify Community! 

 

Just to confirm, was her account created with her Facebook profile? If so, keep in mind she'll need to use the Log in with Facebook option and her FB credentials.

 

If her account isn't linked to FB, ask her to reset the password one more time. If she's unable to access with the email address, lets try one more time by using the account's username and the new password.
