Cannot log in despite restarting and changing password :(

Hello, 

I wasn't able to log in this morning on my premium account on my ipod. 
Usually at night i turn off my device, turn it on in the morning and it is always connected. 
This morning it turned on normally as usual, but for some reasons it stopped playing. 
I went to have a look on my Mac, and spotify was logged out. 
I've tried to log in, but it wouldn't take the password. 
So I've reinitialized the password, and from then, I haven't been able to connect to Spotify from the MAc and the ipod. 
Online, my account is available and the password seems to work. 
Can someone help me please?

Hi @Milkhotel,

 

please try using your username only instead of your username@email.com  and let me know if it works.
