I cannot log in and i paid for my spotify as premium but i havent activated it yet, and i cant because i cannot log in to do so!! Jeg

Could you let us know what's happening when you try to log in? Are you getting any error messages? A screenshot would be helpful.

Having the same issue. I am able to login on my computer web browser but not via Spotify app on iOS10 iPhone 7 Plus

It says : we're currently experiencing problems, please try again later..
And it have been telling me this all day,,
And i cant even take a screenshot of this scenario..
- also it moans somerhing about my facebook even tho i dont use it at all...

Can you let us know what device, operating system and Spotify version you're running?

Can you tell us what's happening exactly when you try to log in on your iPhone? If you're seeing an error, can you send over a screenshot?





Same problem..have IOS 10 on ipad and phone. Unable to log in on spotify app..ok on web based and mac book OS..also ok on echo dot. Says my password and user name are wrong. Also tried using user name without e mail address.
