Cannot log in

I joined premium 3w ago. Since then I have been unable to log in. The email address I use (is mine) and it indicates I have an account. I do - back when it was free I set one up. I cannot remember password. I have gone via the "Forgotten password" loop more times than I can remember. When I get emailed the link to "reset password" and I try to input my new password it simply tells me I already have an account with this email address. And so it goes on and on.

 

Free month long trial has almost passed and I have yet to get in! This is my last attempt to get logged in before I cancel premium sub and go elsewhere. HELP!!

Can you please try logging in with your username and password, instead of your email address and password?

 

Your email address is not your username.

I have the same problem.
If you've logged on on this website then it should show you your username. Try logging in with that username instead of your email.

Hi Maxim,



I wish I could do a phone shot but it does not work. Best I can do is describe it:



Log in page - offers:



- "Log in with Facebook" or then it has two boxes I can complete with email and password- which I do.

Below is a green "Log in" button.

Below that is "Forgot your password?"



Press log in - get "Login failed - you've already created an account with this email address".

Offers "OK" - which I take and it returns me to Log in page.

The only option I now have is the "Forgot your password" - which I have done multiple times.



Get emailed link, when I click takes me to a "Reset Password" page. I put in new password (twice - as asked) and it immediately tells me my form has expired and "Please try again".



Round and round doing this - used desktop, phone, ipad, nothing gets me past this.

Any ideas? I tried to screen shot message but that did not work.

Frustrating because I can get in to this community but not actually access any music.

Thanks - someone else had same problem as me and told me this was the solution and it worked!

 

Not helped by the username being in paler font and tucked away below the password link. Perhaps reverse these?

 

Anyway thanks for your trouble and time.
