My Question or Issue

I keep trying to log in and it says that my email/username/password is incorrect which it isn’t because I have changed it multiple times and when I try to log in with my Apple ID it loads and then stops and does nothing. I tried waiting a few weeks and reinstalling the app and switching my phone on and off but nothing seems to be working. Please help solve this problem

- Is this issue happens across multiple devices ?

- Are you getting any sort of error message ?
