My Question or Issue

Since around ~15th of September I cannot login, reset or login via my google account. Reset mail with link doesn't just go through. I've tried at least a dozen of times to reset my password or verify my email with old link. I've tried different browsers, VPN's. Nothing worked.

I have my google account in my possession and can prove that it's me.

I want my account back, could you help me with that?

Thanks for reaching out. Have you checked your Junk/Spam folders for the password reset email? Is this the link you tried? Consider trying this across different devices and in an incognito window. If no password reset form is provided, consider reaching out to our support team so they can look into this.

In addition, I've tried to create new account with same email and it says that account with this email is already registered.

I have the same problem. I just want to log in my account.

mi sesion se cerro en todos los dispositivos y no puedo volver a iniciar sesion con facebook y es mi unico metodo de acceso a esa cuenta en la que tengo el plan premium activo. ya intente iniciar sesion en windows y android(aplicacion y navegador) y solo me da error

Thanks for letting me know about support team, I've tried to find a way to contact them and with your help I finally did. I've regained access to my account and music.
