Cant change my password or email

I cant change my password or get it reset and sent to my email because i cant access that email.

Someone has changed both the password and email and i cant change the email without the password.

I wrote to Spotify to get help to change the email but the message that i got after was "we will get back to you on xxxx@hotmail.com (NOT my email) as soon as we can. 

Please help, how do i change the email or password
