Cant log in

I cant log in with my actual account. (Not this one)

I get message that my account details are wrong.

When i made the account with username, it turned into random numbers and letters i dont remember. (I did not use facebook!)

It is a premium account and i want it back.

I tried on my phone and on my PC. It did not work.

I get this message:

The username or password is incorrect (Error code 3)

Still not working 😞

It gives me this error message:

"The username you provided is not associated with an active Spotify account."

I know the password to my account, but not the e-mail. I always just used my name to log in, not my email.

Sorry to hear that didn't help, @Teyong, but I may be able to suggest a few more things!

On your new account, are you able to find your old account using search? If so, you should be able to right-click the name > Share > Copy Spotify URI. From there, you can get the username from that.

You should have copied something like spotify:user:c4uqr1q2tdseahmzi914tt6ze - c4uqr1q2tdseahmzi914tt6ze is the username

Then, go to https://spotify.com/login and enter that username where it asks for an email address or username 🙂 Password as normal!
