Cant log in!!!!

My Question or Issue

i have premium acount, but i cant log in.  The email with the link to change my pasword doesnt work, also in a prive browser, removing cookies etc

ive tried everything, now i still cant log in. So i made this free acount to put my problem at this community 😞 who can help me

Have you tried to use another browser or device when using the password reset link?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

I have the same issue and none of these things help. 

I can't log in on any browser (my premium account, no issues with this free account) or on the app on my phone. I can't get a password reset, as I use log in though facebook. nothing is working and i can't get any help because spotify are useless without being logged in!!
