Change Country , but pay with a 'foreign' currency

I'd like to know, if i could change my country because my songs that I searched for aren't available in that country. Living in germany but still having a account that was created in Sweden back then, I'd like to know if I could change to Germany but still pay with my SKR currency from my Mastercard.

Unfortunately this is not possible as country and registered card address need to be in the same country for the payment to go through
