Change email Address

I forget my email password, and can not recover due to my old email had been freezed. Now I still have monthly subscription payment going on. what should I do in this case to stop the subscription?

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to your Spotify account, I'd recommend contacting Spotify's Customer Support team here (as is recommended in this FAQ article). Customer Support can assist further to help you change the email address associated with your Spotify account so that you'll be able to log in again.

If you'd like to then cancel your Premium subscription, you can do so by following these steps.
