Change of password link not working

I have recently gotten a new phone and so logged out of my Spotify account. Obviously can’t remember password so reset it via email link.
However the link isn’t working. It says it’s no longer valid (it’s 35 seconds old).

I’m on and iphone, in australia, on a premium account.
