Change payment details

I have recently changed bank and I have gone to my account settings but there is absolutely nowhere to update bank details (not that I can see anyway).

this is what I am told to do ......

1. Log in to your account page.
2. Under Your plan, click UPDATE next to your payment method.
3. Enter a new payment method

I cannot find this anywhere and its so very frustrating!!!
