Change pictures without facebook

I've signed in without Facebook, I don't have a FB account, and I'd like to upload a profile picture.

How can I do?

Hello, regaliideali! There's currently no way to set a profile picture without having a Facebook account attached to your Spotify account. An idea to make this option available has already been suggested here - so give your kudos there and subscribe to be up to date as the topic developes.
