Changed card details, charged twice?

Changed card details, charged twice?

I had to change my card details as I changed my bank account, I am normally charged £4.99 a month for premium as I have student discount however once I had changed my card details and signed back in it now says I am being charged £9.99 a month but still states that a discount is applied? I have emailed and received no reply, I do not want to pay £9.99 a month but can't seem to understand why they have charged me twice and why?? Can anyone help please?

It sounds like something might have gone wrong with the discount when you swapped cards. How long ago did you get in touch via email?
