Changing Country Settings

I am still not able to change my country Settings from poland to germany as i moved a few months ago. 

I am not a premium user anymore and the country-settings field is inactive.

Was listening to soundcloud the past few months because no one could help me when i asked first. Any Help now?

Ok i did. 

But the same Contact form i filled twice and got an automatic response saying i should change my country settings under profile settings - which i cant.
