I needed to change the form of payment for my account but it will not allow me to update my payment information on the website. Whenever I type in the information, I receive an error message:

Debit card. My old card expired so it keeps alerting me to update my payment info...
I just got an email from a Spotify Customer Service Rep:
"Maybe the problem is because your credit card is not allow to buy through internet , or does not have money in"
Yeah, neither of those are true.
I thought maybe if I cancelled my membership, removed my card info and tried to re-subscribe it would work. Nope!

I've decided to just use Paypal instead. Not going to bother with this anymore! They really need to fix this bug!
I seem to recall a silly bug which won't let you update your card, if the new card has the same details but a new expiry date. The only way round this is to cancel your subscription then resubscribe with the new card.
I tried that, still wouldn't let me attach a new card and got the same error message. But Pay Pal went through fine.
I cant access the payment screen on my iphone, ipad or mac.
I've just signed up for spotfy and want to upgrade to premium but when i click on continue it goes to the next page but is pretty much blank apart from the comodo and trustwaave logos in the top right hand corner.
please can anyone help.
