Problem "Spotify was paused due to your Spotify account is being used in another place"

Hello, 

I often get that message ( "Spotify was paused due to your Spotify account is being used in another country") while I am listening to music in my computer. 

I created my spotify account years ago in Madrid, Spain. This is the place where I live. In the details of my spotify account it appears that the place where I live is Madrid and in Facebook as well. The last eleven months I was living in Germany, but I have already changed that information. It is really annoying every time that this message appears because the music is being paused every minute...

I have attached a screen picture of that message. As I am spanish, the message appears in spanish, but I think that I have translated it correctly.

Could you please help me to solve this problem?

Change your Spotify and/or Facebook passwords then click on the Sign Out Everywhere button on your online account:
https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/

That should boot anyone else who is using your account off.
