Hello.

 

Not so long ago I've recieved a very attractive e-mail from you folks (Spotify). You offered me 3 months of premium fo only 0.99 euros - now that really hooked me up. I tried to use said offer but there was a payment problem. Today I have returned to finish it. However, instead of 3months for 0.99 I was offered a month of free premium. A cool offer, sure, but that's not what I wanted.

 

I went to my inbox, clicked the link and it still got me the 'exclusive' offer of a free month. E-mail with offer clearly states the end of the 0.99 offer is June 30th. Now I may be in a different time zone but it's May 28th here. According to my calculations, June 30th has not passed.

 

So -- what the hell is up with all of this? I welcome every answer, but I am really looking for an answer of Spotify entrusted person, since they have no customer support which is ridiculous.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
