Changing display name and profile picture

Hello, I made my Spotify playlist a while back and now I don't let anyone follow me because I want to change my username to my real name, rather than the name I chose when I created my account. I thought that by connecting to my FB, it would make my Spotify name the same as my Facebook name, however all it did was use the profile picture, which I did not want. I am having troubles and if someone could please assist me as to what can be done to solve my problem I would really appreciate it. Thank you

Is there anyway to change my photo? I don't want the one used on my FB account
