Changing location to USA and duo account

So I am from Europe, but my wife is from the USA. We are currently living in the USA. I had Spotify through my home countries bank account prior to moving here. 

i want to set up a duo account with my wife, but in order to do so we need to be on the same address, however I am not able to switch my account to the USA for some reason. Could I please get some help or advise about this matter?

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

In this case, we'd like to add some insights. It's important to keep in mind that, when you have Premium, the country/region of your account is linked to the country/region where your payment method was issued. 

You can travel anywhere without having to change your account settings, but since you want to set up a Duo plan (and you moved out), you'll need to update your payment method to one that's issued where you're living at the moment. You can update it by following these steps and the changes on both the payment method and the country/region will take effect from your next billing date.

You can also cancel your current plan and update the country/region once the account is on our free service. You can follow these steps to do it, but take into account the new country or region only shows when you’re actually there.

Note: If you created your account with Facebook or Apple, you also need to change your country or region settings with those services.

Hello, once I registered My Duo Accounts in the same country, can I then use them whenever I want? If one of us two one day goes to the USA and one remains in Burundi can we still use the Duo plan?
