Changing my Country

Hi can anybody help me with changing countries?

I have triend changing both my payment method in subscriptions and my country within the account preferences but neither of these work! Its frustratiing as these are the only two things suggested on the community as solutions!

Any help would be appreciated.  I am trying to change my country from Ireland to UK (Northern Ireland) but it won't work.

See the attached.

The country is greyed out so I cant select a new country.

It says i need to update payment details. I click on that and input my uk card and then the second message (see attachment shows up) stating "your payment method and country don't match - to continue, change your account's location"

Its a circle! I can't change either

I'd recommend reaching out to Support so they can take a closer look at this. 🙂
