My Question or Issue
So, let me start by saying that having no livechat, no contact form, no phone number is unacceptable on a company where you are paying a monthly service. I have tried another music app before and can't use it, thats the only reason I still use spotify. Will change as soon as I see that I get a good UX somewhere else.
To the point of this question: I have downloaded the data that spotify has of me, and noticed the phone number I have on my account is an old phone number, and for the life of me I can't find where to change it. Anyone knows where to do this change?

That was actually the first place I searched, and the phone number isn't available there. I'm sending below a print screen

Okay. It actually solved the issue. It had to be an agent changing the phone number for me. I can't change it on my own.

If you don't have the option to change the phone number on your profile, that change has to be made by an agent.
As Maxim suggested, go to https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/ and contact them via livechat.

Thanks for your reply here and welcome.
Usually you can edit some of your account details by going to your account page, but we can confirm you're not going to find a way to add a phone number to your account on your end.
In this case, you can create a new account by signing in with your phone number, you just need to select Sign in with Phone number when creating it. After that, you can transfer any content you've saved to your library by following these steps.
No worries, if the account you're currently using is connected to external services, you can connect the new one to those once it's created. Here are the steps for some of those:
Lastly, you can link your email to the new account by following these steps. If you're going to use the same email you linked to the old account, remember you'll need to delete that account first, you just need to follow these steps. Once you've done that, you'll need to wait 14–30 days from the date of deletion for it to clear from the old account.
