Charged card but no subscription!

I am a recent college grad and I saw spotify had a discount for college students so I filled out the information they asked for and gave it a try. Spotify told me it did not go through (which is completely okay, afterall I was jsut giving it a shot) BUT I WAS STILL CHARGED $4.99 and have NO subscribtion. How can I go about getting my money back? It's alittle frustrating that there is no number to call.
