Charged for premium even though I cancelled subscription

Hi,

 

Today I was charged the full £9.99 for premium even though I have cancelled my subscription.

I would still like to carry on with premium but since I am a student I can get the 50% off offer. 

 

Any help with getting this sorted?

I have just been charhed for premium, and I have actually had to cancel twice!

My account says I have cancelled today but Spotify have still debited my PayPal account!  What is galling is that I went through the tortuous cancellation routine "Do I want to cancel", "do I really want to" and "am I sure"

 

How do I get them top credit me back the £9.99
