Charged, no premium, how do I fix it?

Charged, no premium, how do I fix it?

I was trying to set up the student spotify membership and as I was filling out my schools information the WiFi crashed and reset the sign up. I got an email saying I was charged but when I look it's not premium. I've deleted the app, signed out,checked all possible accounts, but there's still no premium anywhere. Is there a way to fix this or is there a way for me to get a refund and try to purchase it again? Any advice helps!
