Forgotten Password and No Email

I mares Spotify account a few months ago and I want to get back on it. The problem is that my old phone had broke and it's been off for a while and I just got a new phone yesterday and I can't remember the password. I also didn't have an email set up for the account so it won't let me retrieve anything. I just want to get my password so I can use it again because it is taking money off my card and that sucks when I can't use it. Please help! I really just need to get my password! Thank you

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you with this.

Make sure to include as much information as possible about the account. They might ask you for bank information to track down the charges.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply email address) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Give it 24 to 48hrs, also make sure you're checking your Spam/Junk folder because sometimes emails might end up there.

If you can not access that email anymore which is connected to that account you need to use Anonymous contact form where you can specify your own email address.
