Charged on trial

Hi

I signed up for a 3 months trial but now I see I have been charged the last two months? This is NOT what I signed up for. I wanted a trial and then sign up for spotify family if I used it enough. This can't be right.

We've had a look at your account and seen it wasn't elegible for the 3 months for $99.00 DKK offer. Only accounts with subscriptions canceled before the 19th of Apr 2016 were qualified for it.
