My Question or Issue

I lived in Brazil and had spotify premium there. On october's 31st I closed my account and credit card there, but while the bank was performing this process spotify charged the payment. On November's 5th there was a credit and a debit on the credit card bill of the same value as the spotify premium there, R$16,90. Despite of the credit, the bank is charging me 33.80, a double charge for spotify premium. That's not correct, because I was also charged in the beginning of December, once I changed the payment method to my credit card in Portugal. I want to know what happened and if I will get my money back, once I don't have an account in Brazil anymore.
