My Question or Issue

I recently updated my payment information to Paypal, as I was checking my previous credit card details I see that I am still being charged for paypal on that credit card as well. 

 

Payments are happening on the same date as the payments in Paypal so this is not a duplicate account issue. How can I request a refund for all these double payments?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

It sounds like you've definitely got a second account with Spotify, so I recommend reaching out to Support here. They should be able to locate it and cancel the subscription 🙂
