China with VPN

I am in China with a VPN in the Philippines, but I can only change my country settings to Australia, and there is no option for the Philippines. This means that I can not log into my account on either my phone or my computer. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Spotify isn't recommended to be used on a VPN connection.

This may cause issues while using the app or trying to use it across different devices.

In order to have a full functioning account, please make sure to use a solid WiFi or Lan connection.

In addition, for a Premium account to work the right way, the user is asked to provide the country which the account is set at and a matching payment method issued in that same country.

Meaning that this process cannot be done in countries where Spotify isn't available yet - in this case China.
