My Question or Issue

I listen to music mostly on my PC, but also while driving I use my phone. I recently learned about the 10,000 download limit, and I was wondering if that is per account or per device? If it is per account, is it divided evenly per the 5 device limit? so each device can only download 2,000 songs?

Also, Is this limit a lifetime limit, or at any given moment limit?

Let's say I download 10,000 songs and reach the limit. If I delete 1,000 songs, can I download 1,000 different songs, or am I no longer able to download any songs after that?

Hey @afunplatypus

To answer your first question, yes the limit is 10,000 downloads per device. It's not divided evenly per device so if you do have 5 devices you technically have a 50,000 song download limit.

Now about your last question, to my knowledge I believe if you use up the 1,000 and delete them, you won't get the 1,000 song space back. But I will clarify this with some people and let you know.

UPDATE

About your last question, once you remove the 1,000 songs you will have that space back from your deleted 1,000 songs.

Happy Listening!
