Cuando intento conectarme desde la app no puedo ingresar a la cuenta y por internet si. Usando el mismo usuario y contraseña. 

A alguien le pasa esto?

Just to confirm, are you seeing an error message when trying to log in? If so, it'd be helpful if you could post a screenshot. Just make sure it doesn't show any sensitive or private info.
