My Question or Issue

I moved from Brazil to Portugal and my husband created a premium family account. I made the country change in my spotify account and still a message appears saying that I am in another country when Im trying to put my location.

Do you know if your husband has made the country changing on his account too? If he hasn't done it yet, he needs to do it. And he needs to have in his mind that the payment method country needs to match the account country.

We'll be glad to help you enjoy Premium Family with your husband in Portugal! 

 

You can check if you have the right country in your account by looking at your account page. Your husband can do the same when he's logged into his account. 

 

Let us know if the countries match.

 

If they do, can you check if you have VPN turned on? Maybe that's causing the confusion if everything else is alright.
