Credit card payment trouble

Hi everyone

i'm having a trouble with my premium account in Spotify. I've upgraded my account to Spotify Premium. When I put the information of my VISA credit card the webpage showed me an error message and didn't let me continue with the payment so I decided to use my Mastercard credit card.

Today I checked my bank account and I see that they charged me in both credit cards.

What should I do?
