DIDN'T RECIEVE ANY PIN CODE VIA GLOBE MOBILE PAYMENT

I registered to Spotify 129 and I activated it on the link provided in the confirmation text message I received. Globe texted me with a verification code that I should verify on the website. I went to the Spotify website to change my subscription to premium using Globe Mobile Payment, but I didn't receive any pin code that Spotify said that they'll text me. Please help.

"Standalone Spotify offers are no longer available for prepaid accounts." - Globe (if you're globe subscriber)

Plz help me why I didint receive any pin code although Spotify say they will srnd the pin code

Are you a globe subscriber? Postpaid or prepaid?

i've been paying for this, wasnt informed it was activated, never received any pin from GLOBE, i agree, poor services, ripping off your customers by your incompetence.
