Deactivated Facebook and Can No Longer Access Spotify

I deleted my Facebook a little over a month ago, without thinking about my Spotify account. I forgot about it until Spotify charged me for Premium. I cannot access my Spotify account because it was linked to my Facebook account. which I can no longer access because my account has been deleted. How can I access my Spotify account?
