My Question or Issue

 

I need to log into an account (to delete and cancel the premium plan) that was created and used by a previous employee. I have the email credentials, but I don't know the password. And I'm unable to log into the email to do a password reset. Any help?

I suggest that you contact the Customer Support team to get help with it. Just go on there and choose the best channel for you and explain your issue or doubt. Someone will help you as soon as possible.
