Deleted Facebook without removing it + Invalid E-Mail

My Question or Issue

I've had Spotify for many many years, for so long that I can hardly imagine my life without it. About a year ago, I deleted my Facebook profile (Apparently I used my Facebook profile to create/login to my Spotify Account at its inception). 
Now, I can't log back into my Spotify Profile.

The account is also registered to an e-mail I don't have access to and haven't for years. 

Now, because I am an impatient man and got Premium through my phone company, I've asked them to reset the Premium so I can create a new account with valid information, but this leaves me with years and years of playlists gone and that is a loss I'm not ready to deal with.

1) Can I get the e-mail on my current account reset to my current e-mail, so I can actually log in? (I'm actually online on my computer on this account right now and have been since always, but since it no longer has Premium, I will have to log out eventually)

2) Can I have the content from my previous account transferred to my new account?

You can change the email address in your account but only if you can log into your account.

It's a good thing though that you can access your account because it's still logged in on your device. So what you can do is to make sure that all your music is in public playlists. That way you can search your old account with your new account and grab all the music from there. You can find an account by searching the following in Spotify:

spotify:user:username

Replace username with your username, in this case the digits/code that you see when you access the app. This should be where your name used to be displayed before the connection between your Facebook profile and your Spotify account broke. You'll be able to look at your old account and take what you need from there 🙂
