My Question or Issue

My daughter created a Spotify account when in Spain on holiday so couldn't add to my family plan . She has deleted the account but Spotify saying email still active when trying to create a new one

Thanks for reaching out.

 

It can take around 14-30 days for an email address to become available again after closing an account 🙂

 

By the way, it's not even required to close an account in such case, since it's possible to just change the country setting following these steps.
